Last week I finished a makeover. Not my face or tummy.

Prep for Us.

The self-guided journey.

It's everything I've taught couples in our 1-on-1 sessions over the past 6 years.

It's the TOP tips and tools that have shifted things for couples.

It's the exact conversations that have landed laughter and tears and "OMG I didn't realize that" moments between couples finding their way with one another.

And now that it's had a makeover and is available through my website, I want to let some of you try it for free.

Here’s the deal:

Prep for Us was originally designed for expecting couples because I deeply believe we should be preparing our relationships for a baby just as intentionally as we prepare the nursery, register for the stroller, and learn about birth.

BUT.

If your baby is already here, you are absolutely welcome.

Honestly, you may be able to look at some of these conversations and immediately think, “Ohhhhh. Yep. This is exactly where things started getting hard for us.”

Because the program isn’t really about preparing for a hypothetical version of parenthood.

It’s about understanding each other better inside the parenthood you’re actually living. And you can take back what you lost and got off track with at any point, and this can be your roadmap back to one another.

You’ll work through things like:

  • How each of you responds to stress — and why your partner’s reaction can feel so freaking irritating when you’re both overwhelmed
  • How to talk about roles, responsibilities, and the mental load before resentment quietly takes over
  • How to communicate what you need without every conversation becoming “Well, I’m tired too”
  • How to create simple check-ins so you’re not waiting until someone explodes to talk about what isn’t working
  • How intimacy and connection change when your nervous systems, bodies, schedules, and identities are all adjusting
  • How to intentionally build a version of family life that works for BOTH of you

If you already have a baby, I want you to use Prep for Us a little differently.

Think of it as your relationship reset.

You’re not trying to go backward and “prepare better.”

You’re looking at where you are right now, noticing the patterns that have already developed, and deciding together what you want to change moving forward.

Before you start, I’m going to ask you to complete a short relationship check-in.

Then, after you finish Prep for Us, I’ll have you complete another one.

I want to know:

Did you feel more like a team?

Did communication feel easier?

Did you understand your partner better?

Did resentment decrease?

Did your overall relationship satisfaction actually improve?

I’m not just interested in hearing, “Yeah, we liked it!”

I want to see whether these conversations and tools can create a measurable difference between where couples start and where they finish.

And I want your honest feedback about what worked, what didn’t, what felt especially valuable, and what could make the experience even better.

In exchange for doing that, I’ll give you full access to Prep for Us at no cost.

My hope is that you walk away with a stronger relationship.

And I walk away with the feedback and data I need to make Prep for Us even more impactful for the couples who come after you.

If you and your partner want in, use IGBETA at checkout, and it will be 100% free. There are 7 codes available and they are first come, first served!

Maybe you read my email about the Relationship Reset Intensive and thought: Okay, but what would we actually DO for 90 minutes? Fair question. So instead of giving you another description of the offer, let me show you the kinds of things couples bring into my calls. You might use an Intensive because… You keep fighting about chores, but the fight isn’t really about chores. One person feels like, “I do a ton around here.” The other is thinking, “But I’m the one who has to NOTICE all of it,...

Postpartum Together🫶 If you’ve already had a baby, you probably know how easy it is to look “fine” while absolutely not feeling fine. ↓ You can feed the baby.Answer texts.Show up to appointments.Keep the laundry moving.Smile when someone asks how you’re doing. And still be falling apart internally. This week’s podcast episode is about postpartum mental health, protective factors, and the ways families can build more support around new moms before things reach a crisis point. And for those of...

If you’re expecting, this is one of those conversations I want you to have before the baby arrives. If you’re already in the newborn season, this might help you fix a system that is quietly making both of you miserable. Most couples I work with say some version of: “We’ll share the nights.” Which sounds great. Until you realize that “sharing the nights” can mean wildly different things to two different people. One person might mean:“We’ll alternate every wake-up.” The other might mean:“You’ll...
