For most of human history,

They were not handed a registry, a parenting book, a calendar full of appointments, a few apps, and the quiet expectation that if they were prepared enough, organized enough, grateful enough, and “strong” enough, they would be fine.

But that is what so many mothers have been handed.

And even with more information than ever, so many moms still feel alone.

Because mothers do not need more noise.

We need connection.

We need real conversation.

We need women in different stages sitting together again.

We need places where we are not being lectured, corrected, sold to, or told the “right” way to mother.

We need softer places to land.

That is why I’m opening the next round of Mom Circles.

Mom Circles are small, facilitated gatherings for mothers across generations: new moms, seasoned moms, grandmothers, and women walking through or alongside motherhood.

Each circle is guided with thoughtful prompts, honest conversation, space to listen, and room to feel less alone.

You do not have to come with anything prepared.
You do not have to perform.
You do not have to have the perfect thing to say.

You just have to be willing to show up.

This is not a parenting class.
This is not therapy.
This is not a “here’s the right way to mother” space.

It is an intentional circle for connection, conversation, shared wisdom, and support.

The groups are capped at 10 women so there is room for different voices while still keeping the space small and intimate.

Current circles opening:

A few quick questions you might have:

Who are Mom Circles for?
Mothers across generations. New moms, seasoned moms, grandmothers, and women who are walking through or alongside motherhood.

What actually happens inside a circle?
Each gathering is guided with thoughtful prompts, honest conversation, and space to listen, share, reflect, and feel less alone.

What if I’m nervous to join?
That makes sense. Walking into a new space can feel vulnerable. The circles are guided so it does not feel awkward or like you have to carry the conversation.

Why is there an application?
The application helps me create thoughtful, aligned circles where women can feel comfortable, respected, and supported. It also helps make sure each group has a mix of voices so we can get the benefit of the circle.

What does the $100 fee go toward?
The fee covers facilitation time, resource creation, and the online tools needed to make this more than a weekly support group. It helps create an intentional space for women to listen, learn, and grow together.

And one more thing:

It would be amazing if you shared this with your own mothers, aunts, grandmothers, or women in your life who may want this kind of space.

I really hope to integrate generations in a special way.

Unless otherwise requested, I will not place family members in the same group.

I cannot wait to see what comes from this round of circles.

The connection.

The confidence.

The ability to talk with women outside your normal circle and see womanhood, motherhood, and humanity with a deeper, wider lens.

This space is not for everyone.

But if it is for you, welcome in.

Maybe you read my email about the Relationship Reset Intensive and thought: Okay, but what would we actually DO for 90 minutes? Fair question. So instead of giving you another description of the offer, let me show you the kinds of things couples bring into my calls. You might use an Intensive because… You keep fighting about chores, but the fight isn’t really about chores. One person feels like, “I do a ton around here.” The other is thinking, “But I’m the one who has to NOTICE all of it,...

Postpartum Together🫶 If you’ve already had a baby, you probably know how easy it is to look “fine” while absolutely not feeling fine. ↓ You can feed the baby.Answer texts.Show up to appointments.Keep the laundry moving.Smile when someone asks how you’re doing. And still be falling apart internally. This week’s podcast episode is about postpartum mental health, protective factors, and the ways families can build more support around new moms before things reach a crisis point. And for those of...

If you’re expecting, this is one of those conversations I want you to have before the baby arrives. If you’re already in the newborn season, this might help you fix a system that is quietly making both of you miserable. Most couples I work with say some version of: “We’ll share the nights.” Which sounds great. Until you realize that “sharing the nights” can mean wildly different things to two different people. One person might mean:“We’ll alternate every wake-up.” The other might mean:“You’ll...
