I had most of an email written up before lunchtime today and as I just pulled it back out to try to finish it, I'm physically sick to my stomach. and if you missed the last Values workshop (Rewrite the Rules), we're hosting it again on Friday at noon. For me at least, when the world feels heavy, it feels like a good time to lean into what I can control- the energy we live our lives with inside our own home.
